I would say what's said on SHC overall is a pretty good sampling of what people think about alliances though. Just look at the entries for, say, Firmus Ixion, or Against all Authorities, or Triumvirate, or whatever; you'll find that people on all sides of the war generally seem to agree when they're not crapposting each other into oblivion on CAOD. 
Don't mind my post in that thread; I'm not up to date on many alliances, plus I intentionally made my post absurdly opinionated... in both directions

The only way your statements can avoid implying a logical fallacy is in the case that you do not consider the comments about KOS in the original post of this thread to be negative 
Facts: "The comments in this thread from SHC are negative."
Claims: "You are not allowed to be negative on SHC."

However, the "Alliance Recognition" thread is not about any particular alliance, and as general policy the moderators are not going to moderate anyone's post because of two words about one alliance out of sixty-something in their post. At least I've never seen them do it.
If the entire SHC thread was solely about KOS, you'd have a point. But would anyone even bother to make a thread solely about KOS... except on CAOD?
